BUT, it opens the app every time visually on my screen and I have to click to hide it while it is on. It only happens on M1 Macs. The solution is to Quit Boom 3D, then run it again. If that doesn't clear it, reboot your Mac. Boom 3D needs an overhaul to make it directly M1 compatible.
